อยากทรายรายละเอียด เปรียบเทียบระหว่างรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชีภาษีอากรกับรายงานของผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาติว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไร

การเขียนรายงานการตรวจสอบและรับรองบัญชี ของผู้สอบบัญชีภาษีอากร กับ ผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาต พอเปรียบเทียบคร่าวๆได้ดังนี้

การรายงานการตรวจสอบและรับรองบัญชีสำหรับห้างหุ้นส่วนนิติบุคคลขนาดเล็ก แตกต่างจากรายงานการสอบบัญชีสำหรับบริษัทและห้างหุ้นส่วนนิติบุคคลขนาดใหญ่ที่ผู้สอบบัญชีรับอนุญาตแสดงความเห็นต่องบการเงินว่าถูกต้องตามควรในสาระสำคัญตามหลักการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไปหรือไม่

แต่การรายงานการตรวจสอบและรับรองบัญชีสำหรับห้างหุ้นส่วนนิติบุคคลขนาดเล็กจะเป็นการรายงานถึงสิ่งที่ตรวจพบจากการตรวจสอบ และรายงานในแบบรายงานการตรวจสอบและรับรองบัญชีที่อธิบดีกรมสรรพากรกำหนด ซึ่งแบบรายงานการตรวจสอบและรับรองบัญชีดังกล่าวไม่สามารถแก้ไข ดัดแปลง หรือตัดข้อความใด ๆ ได้ กรณีมีรายละเอียดมากให้ใช้ใบแนบเพิ่มเติมได้

กรณีที่ผู้สอบบัญชีภาษีอากรตรวจพบว่าพนักงานที่แจ้งตาม ภงด.1 จำนวน 30 คน แต่มีอยู่จริงเพียง 10 คน จะลงหมายเหตุในข้อไหน และจะเขียนรายงานการตรวจพบข้อผิดพลาดยังไง
